How is the lift + tint done? 

 We start off by using a water based glue to stick silicone shields onto your eyelids and then sticking each lash onto the shields. One by one, we apply the perming lotion, setting lotion, nourishing conditioner (or tint if desired). 

What is a Lash Lift and tint?

The lash lift procedure is a technique used to lift and curl your natural eyelashes to create a fuller, wide eyed look. Tinting the lashes adds a darker tint to create the illusion of mascara. This will only affect the colour, so if your lashes are naturally blonde or light coloured, having them tinted will make a dramatic difference!

How long will the lift last?

This will last you 6-8 weeks depending on your individual lash cycle and can be combined with a tint to darken your natural lashes.

What is the maintenance like?

There is no maintenance except for within the first 24 hours after your service. We recommend keeping them dry from water, mascara and even steam. Please keep in mind, this includes steam from opening the oven, boiling a tea kettle... etc. This just ensures your lashes stay nice and curled for a longer period of time and prevent weakening the lift in the first 24 hours. 

Can a Lash Lift be used to compliment other treatments?

Yes! A lash Lift is enhanced when you use an eyelash growth serum (which is available in our shop.) You can also get a lash lift prior to getting eyelash extensions in order to help your natural lashes blend better.

Does the Lash Lift procedure hurt?

No the procedure is totally painless. You will have your eyes closed for the entire service giving you the chance to relax.

Is the procedure safe?

Yes. Your lashes are lifted onto silicone pads before the products are applied. Products are made of natural ingredients as well.

The procedure will not damage your lashes as long as you select a trained professional to ensure the proper procedures are followed. 

How long does a lash lift take?

A lash lift can take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour depending on the thickness of your natural lashes and any add-ons that you choese.

I wear contact lenses, can I have this procedure?

Yes. However, we will ask you to wear glasses prior to your appointment or to remove your contacts temporarily as your eyes will be closed throughout the procedure.

Can I wear makeup after my lash lift?

Yes you can! However, it is advised that you leave your lashes untouched for at least 24 hours post treatment.  

Also, a non-waterproof mascara is recommended as the removal of waterproof mascaras can be harsh on the lashes..

How often can I have a lash lift?

You can book another treatment after a minimum of one month, or or you can wait 2 months until they are back to their natural state.
